Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all retreats, events, and services offered by Whale Retreats Mo’orea. By booking or participating, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place at a retreat.

• The remaining balance is due [X weeks] before the retreat begins.

2. Cancellations

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made before [X weeks] of the retreat may receive a partial refund (minus the deposit).

• Cancellations made within [X weeks/days] of the retreat start date are non-refundable.

3. Participant Responsibility

• By joining a retreat, you confirm that you are in suitable health to participate in activities such as swimming, ocean excursions, and vocal practices.

• Participation is at your own risk. Whale Retreats Mo’orea is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to belongings.

4. Program Changes

• We reserve the right to adjust retreat schedules due to weather, ocean conditions, or the natural rhythms of the whales, always with participant safety and well-being as our priority.

5. Travel & Insurance

• Travel to and from the retreat location is the participant’s responsibility.

• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and trip interruptions.

6. Governing Law

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hawaii.
